Patera scored an excellent result in the HSEQ® assessment, which emphasised the company’s customer-oriented approach, strong willingness to develop, and industry leadership. As a result of the assessment, we received the HSEQ® certificate and the Green Card® quality certificate, strengthening our position as a trusted partner in the safety industry.
Patera participated in the HSEQ® assessment for the second time. We learned valuable lessons from the first assessment in 2022, on the basis of which we have started to put development measures into practice based on customers’ needs. A recent final report now shows that systematic work has produced results.
Customers involved in the assessment
Patera’s customers from the HSEQ client cluster also participated in the assessment. Jenni Friman, who is responsible for the administration of Patera, finds their involvement particularly important:
“The HSEQ assessment is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate our customer-oriented approach concretely to our customers. At the same time, customers have the opportunity to ask questions about our operations that interest them.”
