We ensure that statutory documents are up-to-date and that planning related to arrangements for the implementation of your construction project takes into account the implementation of the construction work so that the work can be carried out safely and without causing harm to the health of the employees.
The safety coordinator prepares a safety document for construction planning and preparation, which takes into account the risks and hazards caused by the characteristics, conditions and nature of the project, as well as information related to occupational safety and health in the implementation of the construction project.
Among other things, we draw up written safety rules together with the client, if necessary, which set out safety objectives, measures and instructions for safety monitoring and inspections.
The safety coordinator ensures that the project supervisor has drawn up written occupational safety plans before the construction work is started, according to which the work, work phases and their timing are organised as safely as possible. At the same time, it is ensured that they do not pose a hazard to those working on the site or others affected by the work.
If there are identifiable risks or hazards in the conditions, work tasks or working environment, they must be eliminated appropriately. Our safety coordinator is involved in a separate assessment of risks and hazards, if necessary.
